The customer uses all instructions shared with them or products purchased at their own risk and responsibility. The customer assumes and takes full responsibility for all risks and conditions of our services and accepts that Revmatch Motorsport has made them aware that these products or instructions given do not have a warranty for damages or any guarantees. The customer takes full responsibility for the use of our products and instructions on their vehicles which may or may not conform to all applicable laws and regulations for roadway or highway use. It is the responsibility of the customer to comply with all applicable State, Federal, Province, and/or Local laws. Revmatch Motorsport hereby disclaims any liability resulting from the failure to use our products and instructions in compliance with all applicable federal and state laws as well as any damages caused in result of using any of our products or instructions which includes but is not limited to the misuse or damage of any sort while using or as a result of using our products and/or instructions that may or may not result in any legal matter, any damages, etc. The customer absolves Revmatch Motorsport from all responsibility for any damages and in ensuring that their vehicle is in compliance with all State, Federal, Province, and Local laws and emissions requirements.
